Madison Wholesale is a licensed liquor wholesaler operating in New Zealand, supplying alcohol products to licensed retail shops, bars, and restaurants in accordance with prevailing New Zealand liquor laws.
We want you to have a great ordering experience because we want to make sure that everything you order is delivered in excellent condition. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please refer to our returns and refund policy.
Legal Compliance and Licensing
All purchasers must hold a valid license issued under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and relevant local licensing laws we may verify that from time to time.
Purchasers confirm they are purchasing for lawful purposes, and only for resale to licensed premises.
Ordering and payments
Orders are subject to availability.
Payment must be made as per the payment terms which are agreed and approved prior to online ordering.
Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Age Verification
Wholesalers are not responsible for verifying the age of end consumers, our customers must confirm that they hold an appropriate license as per Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and compliant with relevant local licensing laws meant for their business.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us promptly within 24 hours of delivery if there are issues.
Depending on the product value for restocking, we could impose a 30% fee for returns due to change-of-mind reasons.
Claims for damaged/partially delivered/ incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for us by email or phone us to investigate to make it right for you.
All refunds will be processed at our discretion within 30 days of the date that your notification, subject to the bottles returned and products reaching us in good condition.

We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and license information to process orders and comply with legal obligations under the Privacy Act 2020.
Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of our business operations.
